Recharge & Bill Payments
Once a recharge or bill payment is successfully processed, it cannot be canceled. We recommend verifying the details carefully before proceeding with any transaction.
Subscription & Membership Cancellation
If you have subscribed to any premium services on SmartPayBill, you may cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid additional charges. Cancellation requests can be made through the app under the subscription section.
Advertisement & Promotional Services
For advertisement or promotional services booked on SmartPayBill, cancellations are allowed only within 24 hours of booking. Refunds will be processed as per the refund policy.
Processing Time
Cancellation requests will be processed within 24 to 48 hours, and you will be notified of the status via email or SMS.
