🔄 When is a Refund Applicable?

  • Recharge Failures: If a mobile or DTH recharge fails but the amount is deducted, a refund will be processed within 24-48 hours.
  • Adswatch Money Refund: If your earned money from Adswatch is not credited correctly, we will refund the amount within 24-48 hours after verification.
  • Non-Refundable Transactions: No refund will be provided for successful recharges, cashback earnings, or service fees.

💡 Important Notes

  • 🔹 Refunds are credited back to the original payment method or SmartPayBill Wallet.
  • 🔹 In case of delays, users can contact our support team with the transaction ID.
  • 🔹 Cashback and earnings are not eligible for refunds unless there is a system error.

  2. 📌 Select "Transaction Issues" and enter your transaction ID.
  3. 📌 Submit your request, and our team will review it within 24 hours.
