🔄 When is a Refund Applicable?
- ✅ Recharge Failures: If a mobile or DTH recharge fails but the amount is deducted, a refund will be processed within 24-48 hours.
- ✅ Adswatch Money Refund: If your earned money from Adswatch is not credited correctly, we will refund the amount within 24-48 hours after verification.
- ❌ Non-Refundable Transactions: No refund will be provided for successful recharges, cashback earnings, or service fees.
💡 Important Notes
- 🔹 Refunds are credited back to the original payment method or SmartPayBill Wallet.
- 🔹 In case of delays, users can contact our support team with the transaction ID.
- 🔹 Cashback and earnings are not eligible for refunds unless there is a system error.
