When is a Refund Applicable?

Recharge Failures: Mobile ya DTH recharge fail ho jaaye aur amount deduct ho jaaye — refund 24–48 hours mein process hoga.

Adswatch Money Refund: Earned money correctly credit na ho toh verification ke baad 24–48 hours mein refund milega.

Non-Refundable: Successful recharges, cashback earnings, ya service fees — inke liye koi refund nahi hoga.
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method or SmartPayBill Wallet.
- In case of delays, users can contact our support team with the transaction ID.
- Cashback and earnings are not eligible for refunds unless there is a system error.
