Use of Services

By accessing or using our services, you agree to use them solely for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • 1. Engaging in any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws.
  • 2. Using our services to exploit, harm, or attempt to harm minors or any vulnerable individuals.
  • 3. Sending or facilitating the transmission of unauthorized advertisements, spam, or promotional materials.
  • 4. Attempting to access restricted areas of our system or engage in unauthorized data extraction.
  • 5. Any fraudulent activity, including misrepresentation of identity or payment details.

Payment and Fees

SmartPayBill does not impose any hidden charges. Users only need to pay a service fee applicable to specific transactions. Below are the payment-related terms:

  • 1. All transactions are subject to applicable service fees, which will be displayed before confirming payment.
  • 2. The service fee varies based on the type of transaction and payment method chosen.
  • 3. Users must ensure sufficient balance in their account or linked payment method to complete transactions.
  • 4. Failure to pay applicable service fees may result in transaction failure or account restrictions.
  • 5. We reserve the right to modify service fees at any time, but users will be notified before such changes take effect.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds only in cases of failed transactions. Refund requests will be processed under the following conditions:

  • 1. Refunds will be initiated only for failed recharges where the amount has been deducted but the service was not provided.
  • 2. The user must report the issue within 24 hours of the failed transaction to be eligible for a refund.
  • 3. Refunds will be credited back to the SmartpayBill wallet within 2 working days.
  • 4. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or other intermediaries.
  • 5. Once a recharge is successfully completed, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. SmartPayBill is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials. Please follow these security guidelines:

  • 1. Do not share your login details with anyone, including SmartPayBill representatives.
  • 2. If you suspect any unauthorized activity, report it immediately to our support team.
  • 3. We may suspend accounts suspected of fraudulent activity to protect user security.
  • 4. Users are solely responsible for all transactions conducted through their account.

Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted services, SmartPayBill cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Service availability may be affected by maintenance, system upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • 1. We may perform maintenance or system upgrades that temporarily disrupt services.
  • 2. Any planned downtime will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
  • 3. In case of unexpected service disruptions, we will work to restore access as quickly as possible.
  • 4. We are not liable for losses incurred due to service downtime.
  • 5. Users are encouraged to report service issues to our support team for prompt assistance.
